“Those who live at the ends of the earth stand in awe of your wonders. From where the sun rises to where it sets, you inspire shouts of joy.”
Psalm 65:8 (NLT)
We want to join with “those who live at the ends of the earth” to stand in awe of His wonders! We are amazed and deeply grateful for how He has enabled the ministry of Women in the Window International to serve women at the very ends of the earth in ways that are meaningful for them, and Life-giving to those around them. Yes, from where the sun rises to where it sets, in every time zone, and each nation, He inspires shouts of joy, as women grow to understand they are dearly loved and treasured by God Himself. You and your faithful support AND prayers are an essential part of this and we are deeply grateful for YOU!
Women in the Window International has led four trainings this calendar year. We have a team heading to Uganda to serve South Sudanese refugee women this month. And another team preparing for a health training in the Middle East in May. Many more WiW trainings are scheduled in Africa, Asia, America and the Middle East for 2019. Each time we travel and train, we are blessed to hear comments like this, “The training was successful beyond our expectations and imagination. On the last day I gave an altar call for deeper commitment and about 75% of the women raised their hands with tears rolling down their cheeks.”
Myram was featured during our Spring Luncheon this year. She and her family lost their home and nation due to the ISIS-based Syrian war. But she now thanks God because it has brought her to Christ and to His people. Myram is especially grateful for the inductive Bible study method called “Women in the Window,” which she learned during our Middle East training last year. You won’t hear her story on the evening news, but it is good news indeed, and you are a part of making it happen. While it is impossible to know the full impact of your involvement, please know this—God will reward you.
“But you, be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work”
2 Chronicles 15:7
With hearts full of wonder and gratitude,
Yours because I’m His,
Kim
P.S. Speaking of prayer, while you are on our website, please take just a moment to post a prayer request. We stop to pray throughout each day, and would love to include you and your requests.
