These 3 words summarize what the women in the 10 40 Window often experience. Imagine how this feels. How it weighs on your soul to be regarded as someone who is worthy of disgrace or at the very least, disapproval.
Then reimagine a time to gather with other like-minded Christians to regain perspective in just how much you are loved. In fact, you are God's beloved. Rather than reacting under stress, you can now respond with more grace.
Spiritual practices like silence and solitude, Bible reflection and journaling, mentoring and accountability were part of the 'menu' of our Transformational Leadership Training Retreat. Women were encouraged to establish a rhythm of spiritual development to make them more responsive to God and those they serve.
Forty eight women leaders returned to their own families, communities and 8 nations knowing that God is a wall of fire around them to protect them and His Glory is in their midst!
