Kim Kerr, Executive Director

Kim is the visionary and founding Director of Women in the Window International. Her passion is to display the wonder and welcome of the Gospel as she leads this life-giving and capacity-building ministry.

“Together with some incredible women leaders from Africa, Asia, America, and the Middle East, we bring the power and light of Jesus Christ to some of the darkest places in our world today.”

Before starting Women in the Window International, Kim served as the Director of Partners International Women for eight years, leading their women’s ministry as she organized and led teams of women to train women leaders through strategic initiatives into the 10/40 Window. She also served with Mission One as the Executive Director of ONE Woman for five years, and Director of LifeCare pro-life ministry for ten years.

Kim is the author of “Essentials” for next-generation women leaders which focuses on 5 Essentials that connect women across cultures and generations and provides an inductive narrative Bible study method focused on the women in the Bible. Essentials is available in English, Arabic, Farsi, French, Spanish, and Hindi with other translations underway.

She is a lifelong learner studying Leadership Formation and Cultural Apologetics, most recently, and enjoys passing along practical application of the same into the lives of hundreds of women leaders whenever possible. She has traveled to 45 nations to do just that, so far.

Kim is thrilled to be the mom of four grown and married children and Mimi to 11 grandchildren and the wonderful bonus of a great-grandson.
