Kim Kerr, Executive Director
Kim is the visionary and founding Director of Women in the Window International. Her passion is to display the wonder and welcome of the Gospel as she leads this life-giving and capacity building ministry.

Prior to starting Women in the Window International, Kim served as the Director of Partners International Women for eight years, leading their women’s ministry as she organized and led teams of women to train women leaders through strategic initiatives into the 10/40 Window. She also served with Mission One as the Executive Director of ONE Woman for five years, and Director of LifeCare pro-life ministry for ten years.
Kim is the author of Women in the Window, a narrative inductive Bible study which enables women to see their worth in God’s Story through the unique methods learned from seminary professor Howard Hendricks, and author, Dave Veerman. She has recently completed a unique version of this Bible study entitled “Essentials” for next generation women leaders which focuses on 5 Essentials that connect women across cultures and generations. Essentials is available in six languages with more in process.
Kim is a lifelong learner earning several certificates of achievement for her studies and practical application of the same into the lives of hundreds of women leaders. She recently completed a two-year intensive with Leadership Transformation Institute of Gordon Conwell Seminary in Formational Leadership. She has traveled to 45 nations so far.
Kim is thrilled to be the mom of four grown and married children and Mimi to 11 grandchildren and the wonderful bonus of a great-grandson.

Connie Bogner, Connections Manager
Women in the Window International is honored and delighted to introduce you to Connie Bogner, our Connections Manager, where she coordinates events, oversees volunteers, and manages donors and communications. She comes with a wonderful resume of experience in marketing and communications, with a degree from the University of Florida in Public Relations, AND with experience on our Women in the Window servant leader team in the “hands” capacity with time spent with our ministry partners on the field in Africa. As a founding member of a local West Palm Beach church she has served in church leadership and support roles for over a decade. A Palm Beach County native and Suncoast High School alumni, Connie currently lives in Riviera Beach with her family. But most of all, and best of all, she has a deep abiding love for our Lord Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to fulfill His Great Commission with Great Commandment love.
Ivory Baker, Administrative Manager
Women in the Window is thrilled to have Ivory Baker serving on our staff in the critical role of Administrative Manager. She organizes and maintains international development plans for all WiW ministry partnerships and provides essential administrative structure for all procedures. She earned a Bachelors’ degree in Biology and went on to pursue a Masters’ degree in Business Administration. Ivory has extensive experience planning mission trips and conferences, leading mission teams, and conducting discipleship training workshops for Pastors and church leaders in Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, and the United States to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
She was one of the founding leaders of NAAMC, National African American Missions Conference and served as their Executive Administrator for 10 years. Since that time, she has been active in discipleship training as she is committed to equipping women and girls to fulfill their God-given purpose through the local and global church.
Ivory has served as a ministry leader in a number of churches in the Palm Beaches. She currently serves as a small group and prayer leader in her local church. Ivory, a native of Washington, D.C., relocated to Florida in July of 2002 and currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens.

Jean Bowen-Smith, Chair
Jean and her husband, Fred, reside in Hobe Sound, Florida, where they are proprietors of a kitchen interior design business. Jean is active at her local church, Christ Fellowship – Stuart, where she leads their Prayer and Altar Care ministries, as well as a women’s bible study group. With a business background, Jean has also completed the Leadership College at her church and has a passion for journaling and sharing with others the power of prayer. She is also actively involved in the Leadership Advisory Council for Place of Hope and has served at Women Doing Well events. Jean and her husband have two adult sons.

Carolyn Weda, Secretary
Carolyn and her husband, Ken, live in North Palm Beach, Florida where they are actively involved in First Presbyterian Church. She served on the Board of the Guatemala Children’s Home for 20 years, serving as secretary and maintaining the office in their home for part of that time. She is a Stephen Minister, has volunteered at Urban Youth Impact for several years, and volunteers with Crossroad Bible Institute, a ministry to prisoners. As an English major, Carolyn loves good books, writes book reviews, and helps to lead the book club at her church. She is grateful to have the opportunity to share the love of the Lord with women in other parts of the world. She and her husband have two children and five grandchildren.
Efriann (Toni) Gonzalez, Treasurer
Toni and her husband, Mike, have been married for more than 40 years and live in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is the Business Office Manager for WFGC, a full-power Christian Television channel on cable systems and satellite channels throughout the viewing area. Toni began home-schooling their four younger children in 1990 and continued until the last one graduated from high school in 2012. During those 22 years, she served on the Board of Parents Educating Children, a Palm Beach County homeschool support organization and was their New Family Inquiry contact person. Toni and her husband, Mike, attend Christ Fellowship at its Gardens campus and occasionally serve as interim pastors at various churches. Toni believes that every day is an opportunity to show and share the love of Christ. She and Mike have eight wonderful children and four awesome grandchildren.
Amgad Wahba
Amgad has been a faithful volunteer, Health Servant Leader, as well as a prayer warrior and friend to the ministry for years. Born in Egypt, she speaks fluent Arabic and English, plus a little French. Amgad has her MSN in Maternal Health and a Doctorate in International Development and Education from the University of Pittsburgh. She also has worked as a health consultant with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She is passionate about hospitality and is a wealth of wisdom. She and her husband have two children and four grandsons.
Sherry Marks
Sherry and her husband, Clay, live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. They have a blended family of five adult children and one beautiful granddaughter, so far. God has blessed Sherry with many opportunities to replace ashes and brokenness with beauty and praise as she offers the healing power of Christ to other women. For 30 years she was the Georgia Director and support group leader for Women at Rest, Ministries, Inc. a ministry that encourages women to have a steadfast hope in Christ that rises above their circumstances. Sherry enjoyed leading women’s ministry at her church in Georgia for several years. She has served with Women in the Window on two training teams offering trauma healing to our Lakota Native American ministry partners. And currently serves as our volunteer Prayer Coordinator. We are delighted to have her join the board of directors of what she calls, the “amazing ministry of Women in the Window International.”
