Kim Kerr, Executive Director

Kim is the visionary and founding Executive Director of Women in the Window International. Her passion is to display the wonder, power, and joy of the Gospel as she leads this life-giving and capacity building ministry. “Together with some incredible women leaders from Africa, Asia, America, and the Middle East, we bring the power, love, and light of Jesus Christ to some of the darkest places in our world today.”

Prior to starting Women in the Window International, Kim served as the Director of Partners International Women for eight years, leading their international women’s ministry as she organized and personally led teams of women to train women leaders through strategic initiatives in the 10/40 Window. She also served with Mission One as the Executive Director of ONE Woman for five years, and Director of LifeCare pro-life ministry for ten years.

Kim is the author of Women in the Window, a narrative inductive Bible study which enables women to see their worth in God’s Story. She has recently completed a unique version of this Bible study entitled “Essentials” for next generation women leaders.

One of her favorite Bible passages is found in Luke 4:12-13: “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed…” Her heart’s desire is to bring women face to face with the amazing love and grace she freely and abundantly treasures in Christ Jesus, her Lord and Savior.

Kim’s training includes theological courses with Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School’s partnership with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, and non-formal training in leadership and spiritual formation for her service in the global church. She has traveled to 44 nations so far and does not plan to stop anytime soon!

Kim is grateful and proud to be the mom of four children and Mimi to 11 grandchildren.
