Thank you for taking a few minutes to read our WiW weekly e-newsletter on this first Wednesday of October 2026!
We are stoked about the way we see God at work in and most importantly, through this ministry. Did you know that your voice, your hands, your feet, and in fact every part of you, even the “spare parts” 😉 that you may not appreciate, are essential in fulfilling His plan of action in the world today?
That’s correct. You play a key role in the fulfillment of His Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations, and in the Mission & Vision of Women in the Window International, too!
Jesus clearly states His mission:
“Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,[a] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
While it may seem amazing—as it does to me—God has fully disclosed His plan of action, and He intends for us to actively participate in its fulfillment.
As we mentioned last week, WiW is in a season of growth! Last week, our U.S. staff members, Kim and Destiny, had the opportunity to visit the Museum of the Bible—not only to dream about what’s next for WiW, but to consider how our next chapter fits into the greater mission of God.
Hear a little bit from them as they reflect in the IllumiNations room at the Museum of the Bible:
Would you like to know more about who we serve, how we serve, and how you can join us in equipping and empowering women in the 10/40 Window and beyond to replace poverty and injustice with dignity and purpose in Christ?
If so, please reach out! And stay tuned for more about WiW’s Vision 2033, which is mentioned in the video.
There are so many ways for you to be part of what God is doing through WiW. We need volunteers to serve locally and globally, in person, online, and through hybrid opportunities—and we will train you!
And we’re hiring!
So don’t delay—reach out today 😊. Together, we can see the vision of Women in the Window International fulfilled in our generation:
Our vision is to see women fully equipped to fulfill their God-given potential as agents of Gospel transformation.
